A: No, stitched items are non-returnable. We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully and providing accurate measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

Q: What happens if I paid for my order using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team on support@BAJ INTERNATIONAL.com within 3 days of delivery. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping?

A: Customers are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. Alternatively, we offer the convenience of arranging a reverse pickup from your location. Please note that a courier charge of Rs 149 will be deducted from the total refund amount for this service.

A: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

A: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Q: Will I receive a refund or store credit?

A: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued in the form of store credit. The store credit will be valid indefinitely and can be used for future purchases on our website.
